As with all aircraft, there are various size baggage compartments and storage cargo areas. Depending on which aircraft you will be flying in, will determine how much storage capability you will have. Our long range and large cabin aircraft can hold excessive pieces of luggage, skis, snowboards and golf clubs.

What documentation do I need to fly on a private charter jet?

For all domestic flights, a driver’s license will be needed. For all International flights, a valid passport will be needed. A visa may be required for travel to certain countries. An advantage to traveling on a private charter jet is that the check-in and security process is expedited.

How early do I have to arrive for my flight?

Another advantage to flying private charter aircraft is that you do not need to stand in long lines for checking in and screening processes. We always recommend that our clients arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to their flight, to ensure that the aircrafts departure is not delayed.

What happens if I am running late for my flight?

Most aircraft will wait for you, as long as the delay does not affect the aircrafts scheduling. If you are ever running late for your flight, call your Client Service Manager as soon as possible and alert them of the delay.

What meals will I be served on my private charter flight?

Prior to your flight, your Client Service Manager will review all meal and beverage options with you. Corporate Wings catering services can accommodate all dietary restrictions and personal preferences.

Can I change my flight schedule after boarding my flight?

For all last-minute flight changes or requests, please communicate with your Client Service Manager. Most last-minute changes can be accommodated as long as the aircraft and crew are able to extend and the airport traffic permits.

What happens after I arrive at my destination?

Upon arrival at your destination, the crew at Corporate Wings can arrange ground transportation service, luxury rental vehicles, limousine service and even armored vehicles upon request. What is an FBO or Fixed Base Operator?

FBO’s or Fixed Based Operators are commercial businesses that operate out of airport space. When traveling privately, you will use an FBO as your passenger terminal. Our full service luxury FBO provides services such as: fueling, aircraft charter, pilots lounges, maintenance and mechanical services, conference facilities, parking and ground transportation.

Yes. There are space considerations during special events such as Notre Dame athletic games. Advance notice is appreciated.

Does the FBO have hangars available?

Yes. We can accommodate aircraft up to an MD-88. The hangar tends to fill up during inclement weather. Advance reservations are helpful.
